Payment to be made within 7 days once work is complete or 10% will be added to balance.
Start and finish dates are an approximation, we will endeavour to adhere to the times but jobs are priced by the labour involved rather than the time it will take to complete.
It is the customers responsibility to clear the work area of any furniture/equipment/personal items that could be subject to damage; if you require help with this we will assist but will not be held responsible for any damage caused.
If it any point you the client change your mind regarding paint colour/finish/wallpaper etc any replacement materials and further labour will be at your expense.
The client is responsible for checking batch numbers on wallpaper rolls and shade/finish of paint to be used prior to application of the materials.
Unfortunately as a small trade company we are not licensed to dispose of any waste products that may be created or left over when the job is complete. Due to this we can not remove rubbish when we leave.
Any “snagging” to be done must be communicated by the client to us within 7 working days of job completion. A date will then be arranged for our return.
